The Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program is an initiative of HSA with funding provided by the provincial Department of Tourism, Culture Arts and Recreation. Piloted in 2015 as part of Newfoundland and Labrador's 100th anniversary commemoration of the First World War, the Ambassador Program provides up to 16 NL students in grades 7 through Level 3 with an opportunity to tour First World War battlefield sites in northern France and Belgium. Ambassadors are selected based on their response to our annual challenge question. Students are invited to answer the challenge in any format/medium they choose.
